Every price below is per machine and includes prep, coating, materials and travel within Yorkshire. Fleets are where the maths gets interesting — coat on intake, top up annually, and the cost per machine drops by up to 18%.
Fleet Programme
A standing arrangement rather than a job. We coat new arrivals as they land, revisit annually to top up the high-wear zones, and keep a condition record per asset for your funder or your buyer.

Pays back in 5 months — at the fleet rate, on your numbers.

Priced by surface area and access. Ranges cover the size bands from a 3-tonne micro to a 40-tonne machine.

Paint correction on heavily oxidised machines, decal removal and interior cab work are quoted separately after a walk-round.
Access & Insurance
You supply water, power and jet-washing equipment for initial machinery cleaning. We bring degreaser, pre-treatments, ceramic coating and polishing equipment. The machine should be stationary, accessible and under cover (if possible), with an authorised contact at the start and end.
